Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background

My career started in email marketing at an email service provider. I learned a ton—from common marketing KPIs to what made strong customer success teams. I wore many hats over my six years there and learned the business from every angle I could. For example, how to work cross-functionally with sales teams, product teams, and engineers, all while representing a united front to our brands.

What is your favorite part about working at PebblePost?

It's always hard to name one so here's two: The people and working across teams! We have a great team filled with passionate people who want to see PebblePost succeed. It's definitely inspiring to see so many people coming together and it makes you want to work harder and make sure you succeed so your peers can succeed.

The cross-team collaboration at PebblePost is some of the best I've ever seen. Most weeks I work with every department we have. I love this because it gives me visibility into many areas of the company that may not currently be affecting my team, but will work its way down. The collaboration empowers me and validates a lot of the hard work I put in.

What is the first word that comes to mind when you think about PebblePost?

Innovation. We are trying to bridge the gap between the online digital world and the physical world. We need to innovate and think outside the box with everything from our product to how we operate as a company.

If you could be quarantined with three historical figures who would they be?

Walt Disney - He was able to show people what they wanted without them knowing it.

Robin Williams - The stories and laughs would be endless.

Vince Lombardi - Great strategic mind.

What is the first thing that you're looking forward to doing once we can get out and about freely again?

Travel! I have always loved traveling and now that I have a 3-month-old, I feel like I need to do it all again and show her the world. Probably somewhere easy at first, but I love seeing the old cities of Europe and trying new things in Asia.
