When You Use PebblePost’s PDM Services, we may receive personal information from the following sources:  directly from our Brand partners, collected by PebblePost directly from a Brand partner’s site(s), or from trusted service providers.

WHAT WE COLLECT IN PROVIDING PDM SERVICES:

Customer contact information such as names, email address and physical address, and online identifiers such as cookies and mobile device IDs, and related browsing information.

SOURCE OF CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION:

1. Brand provides such information to PebblePost and gives its customers full notice of such, and Brand provides its customers with the ability to opt out of the collection or sale of their personal information in compliance with all applicable laws;

2. PebblePost collects customer personal information through PebblePost’s tags when customers visit Brand’s site(s); Brand notifies customers of such collection and Brand provides its customers with the ability to opt out of the collection or sale of their personal information in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. PebblePost receives such information from trusted service providers and maintains databases of such information. Service providers comply with all applicable laws in providing consumers notice and the ability to opt out of the collection or sale of their personal information.

SOURCE OF ONLINE IDENTIFIERS

1. PebblePost collects customer personal information through PebblePost’s tags when customers visit Brand’s site(s); Brand notifies customers of such collection and Brand provides its customers with the ability to opt out of the collection or sale of their personal information in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. PebblePost receives such information from trusted service providers and maintains databases of such information. Service providers comply with all applicable laws in providing consumers notice and the ability to opt out of the collection or sale of their personal information.

BUSINESS PURPOSE:

PebblePost uses such information in order to provide the Services to Brand i.e., sending direct mail marketing pieces to customers’ mailing addresses on behalf of Brands which may include working with third parties to match cookie data with mailing addresses of Brands’ customers.

·   In providing PebblePost Services to Brands we may share consumers’ personal information to deliver direct mail pieces to consumer mailing address;

·   To our service providers, such as hosting providers and email service providers, but they are only authorized by us to use the information in connection with their performance of Services for us.

How is Personal Information secured?

We maintain appropriate security safeguards to protect and secure User and Consumer Personal Information and retain it only for as long as there is a legitimate business need.

Information Access and Opt-Out rights

  • In the event PebblePost has received your Personal Information from a Brand partner, you may contact that Brand directly and inquire about your Personal Information; you may also request deletion of your Personal Information from PebblePost as set forth above, by contacting privacy@pebblepost.com
  • Emails - If you have signed up to receive our marketing e-mails and prefer not to receive marketing information from this Site, follow the "unsubscribe" instructions provided on any marketing e-mail you receive from this Service.
  • Cookies – You may delete or block cookies and other technologies by following the instructions above.

We will maintain procedures to verify that you are authorized to make the requests set forth above.  You may designate an authorized agent to make these requests by informing us, though we will need to verify that such agent has the authority to act on your behalf.
