John Germinario is the Senior Director, Head of People at PebblePost. Prior to PebblePost, John helped build and transform people departments with Avon (now LG H&H) and KPMG. Outside of work John enjoys riding a bike that goes nowhere (indoor spinning), a bike that goes somewhere (his Triumph Bonneville) and traveling with family and friends.
